Real Madrid squandered points for the second week after failing to beat Real Betis goalkeeper Claudio Bravo on Sunday night. Manager Carlo Ancelotti made alterations to his lineup, starting Aurelien Tchouameni, Rodrygo Goes, and Lucas Vazquez, but it was in vain.
Both were substituted after 65 minutes as Ancelotti attempted to add pressure on Betis. Then, after 59 minutes, Vazquez was the first to be replaced by Dani Carvajal.

Nonetheless, his dissatisfaction appears focused more on his performance than on Ancelotti. So it was natural that after a few weeks out, Vazquez would be substituted before the 90-minute mark.
After the game, Vazquez told Movistar+ (via Marca) that he thought Los Blancos were worth three points.
"The team contributed enough to make it worthwhile. However, we are unhappy that we haven't been more successful in the last stretch, the final pass that would have given us more scoring chances.
But, we're in March, we realize it's complicated, and we're going to fight until the very end because we genuinely believe we can turn things around."
